After seeing several positive reviews from people I knew, I reached out to Laura for some real estate advice. We were not in her normal territory (about 1.5 hours away) but wanted some help on how to coordinate selling two homes to purchase a primary in California. Laura worked with us in reaching out to a partner in CA and giving us some advice on how to do it. However, our plans changed to moving into a home locally. Unlike most of her clients, our process took 3 years as we didn’t know what area to move to and the Covid hit). Laura never gave up on us. She kept checking in on our progress, lit a fire under us knowing where the market was going and got the process started. Laura traveled all over the metroplex to show us homes, enlisting partners to help in times where it was last minute showings we just had to see! Once we put our house on the market Laura got us a contract immediately and made it a seamless process. However it wasn’t over…we had another house to sell and purchase a new one at the same time and fast. Laura showed us every home she could show us, sent offers out, countered, worked during her vacations and even sent out offers literally before boarding a plane. That one move secured us our new home! The other home went up for sale and Laura worked fast as soon as an offer was accepted to get it done in record time! We all were able to spend the holidays in our new homes. Next home we sell, we will definitely reach out to Laura.
