Avery did a great job in helping us find and purchase our first home! He understood our desires in a home, which made it very efficient when we toured homes. His expertise was crucial when finding an adequate location with a promising future resale value. Avery helped us close within the time frame that we hoped for, even closed a week early! Jordan helped me pick the perfect place for me as a first time home buyer. At our first meeting she walked me through the process. She showed me so many places that I lost count, but she didn't express any frustration when I said "no" to many places that might have been right for someone else. I am an inherent people pleaser, so turning down places was really hard, but she just kept trying to find "my place". Jordan stayed up-to-date on listings in my budget. She even once took my parents to a showing at a place I really wanted to see while I was out of town and couldn't be there myself. Her knowledge of the process and advocacy for my interests eventually got me into the one that felt like my home the minute I stepped in. I'm not sure I would have found it, or gotten it, without her. I would gladly work with her again and recommend her to others.

Blair was outstanding from the start through the closing. Her demeanor, professionalism, and kindness was at the forefront throughout our search. We enjoyed Blair's "down to earth" communication skills and her innate ability to move and get things done.

Corey was amazing. He help organize the most efficient way to view the homes we were interested and had details of the neighborhoods and schools before we showed up to a viewing. He was always there to answer questions and met us on time every time.

Tammy did an excellent job answering any questions I had going through this process in a brand new city! She managed some very difficult sellers/listing agent which helped a ton. All through the process, when the title was switched over, she continued to help do the right thing while the sellers/listing agent leased the house back to me and took everything that was listed on the contract. She absolutely goes the extra mile for her clients, she’s speedy, thorough and highly dependable!
